香港称此型态为特警骑。于第36话登场，由Shroud把Trial Memory交给照井龙，并进行一连串的特训，但是使用Maximum Counter时难以控制，令照井龙解除变身。后来Shroud让照井龙骑上越野车，以插上Trial Memory为发动能源，说明只要10秒内完成跑完一圈即可自如地使用Trial Memory。Shroud帮照井龙计时，但未能完成，*后Shroud在10.70秒未能达成情况下将Trial Memory交给照井龙。

在变身成Accel后，把Accel Memory抽出，将Trial Memory插入即可变身，上面的指示灯由红变黄再变成蓝色，身体也由红色变成**再变为蓝色，才成功变身为假面骑士Accel Trial。变为此形态后不能变成Accel Bike Form，除非变回普通形态。其速度远远超过Accel（从加速模式与时间限制来看，类似于假面骑士Faiz的Accel Faiz形态），但亦为了达到远远超过Accel的速度而使自身轻量化，装甲和攻击力都稍有减弱，因此Shroud说明其攻击方式是以躲避攻击，打入敌方内部，然后施展快速腿击，以十击到一百击，令敌人踢到粉碎为止。变身期间把Trial Memory抽出，按下计时钮即可转为计时模式，并发动Maximum Drive。必杀技为“Machine Gun Spike”，需要10秒内完成，在接近敌人后10秒内发出连续的猛烈攻击，以十次到数百次，次数越多力量越大，*后产生T字爆裂。（第36、38话中使用过）搭配Engine Blade及Engine Maximum Drive能发动“Machine Gun Slasher”，和Machine Gun Spike相同不过攻击从腿击变为斩击（第44话中使用过）。在发动必杀技击倒敌人后会说一句“X.X秒，就是你绝望前的时间！”（原文：X.X秒。それがお前の绝望までのタイムだ！）”注：X为完成Trial Maximum Drive的时间。
